  skos:definition """Shuttle Imaging Radar-B (SIR-B) is an horizontally polarized L-band
radar operating at frequency 1.28 GHz (wavelength 23 cm).
The SIR-B antenna had the capability of being mechanically
tilted to acquire data at varying incidence angles from 15 to
60 degrees.  The SIR-B obtained imagery at a resolution of
approximately 25 m (varying with incidence angles) with a
swath width of 20-50 km.  The SIR-B provided both digitally
recorded and optically recorded data.
