DÉFINITION
- Reptiles are cold-blooded tetrapod craniates which breathe using lungs, have a dry, scaly skin and lay large, shelled eggs. They live in all types of terrestrial habitats, the majority in tropical regions; many secondarily freshwater and marine species.
