- Reports providing information on changes in environmental factors including warnings of potential threat to life, property, agricultural resources, and/or the environment arising from the natural processes that occur within the Earth. These processes include but are not limited to those that create, deform, destroy, and/or recycle the lithosphere of the Earth.
